Fate/Zero – 05

「凶獣咆哮」 (Kyoujuu Houkou)
"Howl of a Mad Beast"

They're really pulling out all the stops now, as what looked like four Servants standing off against one another suddenly became six. I don't recall that ever happening in Fate/stay night. With the way they were assessing the situation and feeling one another out, it could've easily turned into a free-for-all battle royal.

Fate/Zero – 04

「魔槍の刃」 (Masou no Yaiba)
"The Demon Spear"

I can't help but wonder if it's okay for ufotable to produce a television series -- a television series -- that looks as amazing as Fate/Zero does, because they're setting the bar really high for other studios -- to the point that I can't see most of them producing something that matches up.

Fate/Zero – 03

「冬木の地」 (Fuyuki no Chi)
"The Land of Fuyuki"

Well, I hope I didn't ruin the enjoyment of too many viewers out there about something that was revealed in just nine minutes of this third episode. Personally, I really didn't think it was that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.

Fate/Zero – 02

「偽りの戦端」 (Itsuwari no Senten)
"False Start to the War"

Fate/Zero doesn't miss a beat as the build-up and exposition continues on in this second episode. It maintained the same pacing as the hour-long premiere and was just as epic too.

Fate/Zero – 01

「英霊召喚」 (Eirei Shoukan)
"Summoning Ancient Heroes"

This one-hour long first episode may have only been a lot of preamble for the prequel to Fate, but I just love how it established everything that I read about and showed the Holy Grail War in a very different light with willing participants.

Aoi Eir – MEMORIA PV (Fate/Zero ED)

It feels like it's been forever since I last posted about a music video, but the ending theme for the upcoming Fate/Zero anime caught my attention in all the promo videos and made me want to share the clip that recently showed up on new female artist Aoi Eir's website. (For whatever reason, they don't want to reveal her face just yet.)

I found myself rewatching the Fate/Zero character clips just to hear parts of the chorus, so it's nice to finally hear more of the song. The full version's floating around the Internet airwaves ahead of its October 19th release date too, having been played over the radio. I've included it below for your listening pleasure (and to get it stuck in your head like it is mine). Judging from the season poll, Fate/Zero is one of the most anticipated new shows this fall, so it looks like I'm not the only one who's going to be hearing a lot of this song.

* Streaming video after the jump. * Updated with full version of PV.
