This episode marks the pseudo-finale (the last episode to air) and the end of the current arc of Kokoro Connect. I always felt that this arc would focus more on Himeko/Iori's interest in Taichi, but this episode definitely zoned in on Iori.

A new opening to welcome the end of Kokoro Connect. How fitting, and I'm not being sarcastic. I think this episode has rejuvenated my appreciation for this anime.

Just when I thought that all was said and done, our characters come back with a new phenomena that reveals more about their past.

I realize that this episode was meant to focus on Himeko and her own personal intentions in the future, but I can't help but feel a much higher respect for Iori at the same time.

As boring or slow as it seems, I actually appreciate the individual character developments and screen time that they dedicate to each person. My only complaint would be to know when to stop and how much is enough.

Well then... that was quite a depressing episode wasn't it? Up to date, I felt that this episode was one of the most realistic approaches to the happenings of our little group.

After last week's halfway point, I wasn't sure what I was expecting from this episode. But to welcome a new arc, we get a new ED!

Someone once mentioned that this was the best anime of the season and I can definitely back that up with this episode.
