Never one to pass up some fun vampire action, let's dive into this week's Owari no Seraph!

「みんなツミビト」 (Min'na Tsumibito) "Everybody is a Sinner"

This was a sombre, reflective way to end the first-cour. Honestly, I wish we had more Owari no Seraph episodes like this.

「幼馴染のサイカイ」 (Osananajimi no Saikai) "Reunion of Childhood Friends"

I knew this was going to be a powerful one from last week's cliffhanger, but this totally exceeded my expectations.

「選択のケッカ」 (Sentaku no Kekka) "Results of the Choice"

Now that's what I call a bloody reunion.

「襲撃のヴァンパイア」 (Shuugeki no Vanpaiya) "Vampire Attack"

The vampire war begins, but in the end it's only Mika who rises above the tropes.

「殲滅のハジマリ」 (Senmetsu no Hajimari) "First Extermination"

It may not be a popular opinion, but I think Yuu is actually a pretty enjoyable main character.

「三葉のチーム」 (Mitsuba no Chimu) "Mitsuba's Team"

The vampire action was nice this week, but I think the highlight of the episode was undoubtably Shinoa.

「新しいカゾク」 (Atarashii Kazoku) "New Family"

It’s safe to say that Owari no Seraph is becoming more typical as it goes on, revelling in every shonen cliché you could possibly think of.

「黒鬼とのケイヤク」 (Kuro-oni tono Keiyaku) "Black Demons Contract"

We spent less time in school this week, which means we can finally get on with the story that lies ahead.
